1 can of Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil
1 or 2 sibuyas Tagalog (red onions) chopped
1-2 calamansi 3-4 tablespoons vinegar (optional)
1-2 teaspoons soy sauce (optional)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 scoop of mayonnaise
How to cook and prepare Centure Tuna Sisig:
Cook tuna in a pan over medium heat.
Remove excess oil. Set aside.
Using the same pan, saute garlic and onion.
Place tuna on the pan and add an egg.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add calamansi juice and mayonnaise for extra flavors then serve.
